PACIFICA HOMES | 2019 LIMITED WARRANTY BOOKLET

Not every job is glamorous in our industry — however it never needs to be boring. This home warranty booklet for Pacifica Homes San Juan was designed to both inform the new buyer of the warranty information and simultaneously create consumer confidence. Upgraded style and new tertiary colors were applied to this booklet to help make the the reader feel good about their new purchase. The warranty was broken down into manageable units of information and mixed with lifestyle images of happy home owners to make the reading much more interesting and digestible. This additional collateral that was given to the home owner after the purchase was already made, which helped the homeowners perception of their new home from Pacifica as a quality purchase.

In every vehicle, Lexus incorporates innovative technologies, high-quality designs and luxury materials. Lexus USA needed an educational tool to help dealerships launch this newest high-tech offering. The solution was this 111-page 2014 Lexus IS Model Year perspective which was distributed to dealerships nationwide to work in conjunction with the tablet application. The design was inspired by the new youthful direction that the company was moving towards. The new design of the cars, the more youthful design qualities of the materials and the integration of an augmented reality app, helped Lexus launch to a successful 2014.

 
 

JBL | Jeep adventure proposal

JBL was founded by James Bullough Lansing (1902–1949) who was a pioneering American audio engineer and loudspeaker designer most notable for establishing two audio companies that bear his name, Altec Lansing and JBL, the latter taken from his initials. JBL wanted to be the audio supplier for the Jeep brand. We helped them with their pitch with this cool adventure theme to a few of the Jeep executives. They would be flown to a remote location where a decked out jeep would be the centerpiece for sound filled party.

 
 

HYUNDAI | sales training

Hyundai was looking for a new vendor of record to create their sales training event and materials. The team rolled up their sleeves and came up with some incredible ideas. The challenge was to put those ideas on paper in an easily digestible format. A top of page navigation pane was created to keep the readers on point.
